Dell Transfer of Ownership

Due to Dell's purchasing restrictions and rights of ownership upon receipt, all Dell laptops purchased for resale by Penn State's Computer Store are currently being registered to Penn State's Computer Store.
If you purchase a Dell laptop from Penn State's Computer Store, customers must complete a Transfer of Ownership/Warranty to themselves by using the Transfer of Ownership form.
After completing this online form, full ownership and warranty of the unit will be transferred to the purchaser.
